Skills / Competencies

  • Skilled Hard Surface Modeling and reasonably UV unwrapping.
  • Proficient in photorealistic texturing, making PBR shaders and cinematic style lighting.
  • Proficient in Vray rendering, good at optimizing rendering settings for different scenes to achieve a balance between rendering speed and quality, and also familiar with other mainstream renderers such as Corona and Arnold.
  • Ability to compost render elements in Nuke or AE and good at color grading. Familiar with using AE to add various VFX, and proficient in using mainstream plug-ins such as Form, Particular, Element 3D and Optical Flares, etc.
  • Familiar with the standard industry pipelines of the film post-production, have studied Match Moving, Rotoscoping and Dynamic, and well in collaboration with other departments.
  • Ability to create miniature models, props and build scenes to help with special effects shooting.
  • Know well the use of DSLR and MILC cameras, good photography skills.
  • Open mind on design ideas, solid fine art foundation. Nice aesthetic taste and artistic skills. Good eyes on detail.
  • Good at communicating with customers, even if they're not good at expressing, I also can quickly understand their intentions and successfully complete the project.
  • Ability to withstand stress and work under tight deadlines while maintaining high quality work.
  • Good at learning new knowledge and skills. Have a strong ability for self-study. Able to keep eyes on the most cutting-edge industry trends and acquire the latest techniques
  • Willing to share professional knowledge and work experience, having a good sense of teamwork, and possessing the ability and practical experience to lead domestic and international teams in collaboration.
